The Perenzin family specializes in creating refined and drunk cheeses for which it boasts prestigious national and international awards. It has been producing organic cheeses for more than 30 years between Prosecco DOCG hills, UNESCO heritage since 2019.
From this context is born PER Bottega & Cheese Bar.
This place is a dynamic open space with an innovative formula: PER welcomes customers in a modern Gourmet Shop and a cozy Cheese Bar, where you can buy & taste Perenzin cheeses and a wide selection of food and wine specialties.
Our Bottega offers a selection of cheeses from Italy and the rest of the world as well as our house made cheeses. We also offer artisanal cured meats, fresh bread, wines, craft beers, and DOP products. Our food and wine products are selected from all regions of Italy, to local Venetian products.
The cheese bar offers breakfast with organic coffee and artisanal products. The gourmet happy-hour with natural wines and craft beers are paired with cheeses, cured meats and selected specialties from the Bottega.

During our amateur activity about cheese workshop, every participant will be able to create his own “caciotta “ cheese. There will also be theoretical hints on the production phases, on the maturation processes and ingredients. Finally at the Cheese Bar you will taste the sensory analysis of some of our award-winning cheeses.
