The Perenzin’s family have dedicated their life to food and beverage and more specifically to cheese. Their work and devotion over the years has made this place a dynamic open space with Gourmet Shop and Cheese Bar.

Gourmet Shop

Our Bottega offers a selection of cheeses from Italy and the rest of the world as well as our house made cheeses. We also offer artisanal cured meats, fresh bread, wines, craft beers, and DOP products. Our food and wine products are selected from all regions of Italy, to local Venetian products.


Cheese Bar

The cheese bar offers breakfast with organic coffee and artisanal products. The gourmet happy-hour with natural wines and craft Venetian beers are paired with cheeses, cured meats and selected specialties from the Bottega.

Cheese making Experience

During our amateur activity about cheese workshop, every participant will be able to create his own “caciotta “ cheese. There will also be theoretical hints on the production phases, on the maturation processes and ingredients. Finally at the Cheese Bar you will taste the sensory analysis of some of our award-winning cheeses.
