Our specialty is the creation of refined and drunk cheeses that boast prestigious national and international awards.

We have been producing organic cheeses for more than 30 years in the Prosecco DOCG hills, a UNESCO heritage site.
PER Bottega & Cheese Bar became in 2012 the place where the tasting activity is combined with the sale of the entire range of Perenzin cheeses and gourmet products, local and Italian, of small businesses.

  4 WINES OF THE TERRITORY COMBINED WITH CHEESE:

 
A tasting itinerary starting from the most representative wine of the territory, the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG, up to the lesser known local wines such as the Torchiato di Fregona DOCG and the Refrontolo Passito DOCG to deepen the world of cheese and wine pairing.

SPECIAL RESERVE OF PERENZIN CHEESES:

Add to your tasting a taste of the most awarded Perenzin cheeses such as the San Pietro in Cera d'Api (best European cheese at the Global Cheese Awards) or the Capra Traminer (awarded with more than 20 gold medals).

Cheese making Experience

An in-depth practical lesson in the world of cheese making. Starting from the hot milk we will go to create the cheese together! There will also be hints of theory of the production phases, of the maturation processes, but above all you will get 'your hands in the dough' for a guaranteed fun!
