The Perenzin family specializes in creating refined and drunk cheeses for which it boasts prestigious national and international awards. It has been producing organic cheeses for more than 30 years between Prosecco DOCG hills, UNESCO heritage since 2019.

PER Bottega & Cheese Bar.
This place is a dynamic open space with an innovative formula: PER welcomes customers in a modern Gourmet Shop and a cozy Cheese Bar, where you can buy & taste Perenzin cheeses and a wide selection of food and wine specialties.

A tasting itinerary starting from the most representative wine of the territory, the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG, up to the lesser known local wines such as the Torchiato di Fregona DOCG and the Refrontolo Passito DOCG to deepen the world of cheese and wine pairing.

Access to the Top Secret room of the experiments of Perenzin Latteria and the Caveau of the Special Reserve Cheeses, tasting a piece of one of these in combination with another jewel of our territory, the Torchiato di Fregona DOCG.

CHEESE MAKING EXPERIENCE

An experience to live firsthand, like the real cheesemakers, far from the comforts of technology, immersed in the green hills of Prosecco DOCG and surrounded by our beloved cows, ready to create cheese, all together around a fire like once, in a new unforgettable location: L'Az. Agricola Castello di Formeniga! (located just 5 minutes by car from the Perenzin Latteria).


The activity will begin with a regenerating walk among the wonderful fruit trees and animals of the Farm 
to reach the place where we will try, between culture and tradition, in the production of cheese. 


As a background for the whole experience we will have the fantastic panorama of the UNESCO World Heritage Hills. 
Starting from warm milk we will make cheese together! There will be hints of theory of the stages of production, about the processes of maturation and we will tell you some secrets of the cheesemaker. 
But above all you will put "the hands in the dough" for a guaranteed fun!

At the end of this unique experience, after a short drive, we could finally taste the cheeses of Perenzin Latteria, Company that for 5 generations produces cheese using high quality milk mainly from the Veneto and the Dolomites National Park of Belluno.


Here, after a visit to the museum and the aging rooms, we will conclude the experience with the tasting of the company’s most famous cheeses.
